I started my first internship at this company in the finance position. Since day 1, I feel really enjoy for learning and working in this Company. The company have supportive team environment, and flexible work arrangements with international vibes that was build up.

I want to stay in this business because I like the work environment and supportive coworkers. My days look full of challenges because if you are a financial team, you can come up with any transaction every day that can make you happy or upset, you will find any request that surprises but still makes you excited every day (like: what will happen today? or what transactions will occur? be my responsibility today?). All employees at ONEderland Enterprise are very professional and friendly, as are our bosses who are very caring. ONEderland Enterprise a place to learn various things, not only related to work but also time management, discipline, managing emotions, etc.

As a Consultant at education ONE division under ONE derland Enterprise, I have the chance to handle clients with complex study inquiries. I love dealing with clients with different complications and difficulties. It is definitely fueling my brain. Everyday I receive inquiries with new challenging cases for us to try to solve from clients from different cultural, ethnicity and citizenship backgrounds. I love it when we fight for someone’s in need of help, and when we can get them out of their day-an-night problems. I like the company because they let me do that daily (handling clients). I would describe ONE derland Enterprise as a company I have been looking to work at because they hire me to do something I surprisingly very much love, helping clients while keep using my English.
