Responsibilities:
- Respond to potential customer and client inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and live chat
- Address client issues and find solutions that meet their needs
- Upsell company recruitment services to potential customers and clients through cold-calling
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of potential customers and clients
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service and sales strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field from a reputable university, either in Indonesia or overseas
- Preferably residing in Bali or willing to work in the Denpasar area
- Minimum of 3 years experience in B2B sales
- Open to all nationalities; English fluency is compulsory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Sales-driven mindset
- Honest, loyal, fast learner, team player, and positive attitude
- Ability to quickly adapt to new changes and work under pressure
