Responsibilities:

  • Respond to potential customer and client inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and live chat
  • Address client issues and find solutions that meet their needs
  • Upsell company recruitment services to potential customers and clients through cold-calling
  • Meet and exceed sales goals
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of potential customers and clients
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service and sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field from a reputable university, either in Indonesia or overseas
  • Preferably residing in Bali or willing to work in the Denpasar area
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in B2B sales
  • Open to all nationalities; English fluency is compulsory
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Sales-driven mindset
  • Honest, loyal, fast learner, team player, and positive attitude
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new changes and work under pressure
