Job Description :

  • Working together with other departments and teams to achieve business goals
  • Expand relationship business to suitable third party
  • Develop and execute a business strategy based on the company’s service
  • Generate ideas for brands and lay down communication approaches to achieve innovations across mediums
  • Lead a team by supervising and mentoring them to achieve business goals
  • Working together with media, agencies, vendors, and government – focus on brand awareness, collecting database (registration) and new member
  • Monitoring and evaluating brand offline
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualification :

  • The candidate must possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field from a reputable university in Indonesia or overseas
  • Prefer a candidate who resides in Bali or willing to work in the Denpasar area
  • Experience in sales B2B and B2C for a minimum of 3 years
  • Strong business, marketing touchpoints, disciplines & consumer understanding
  • Have great communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain networking
  • Good communication and presentation in English
  • Ready to work with target
  • Have strategic innovation & creativity skills, excellent reporting skills
  • Analytical skills – both qualitative and quantitative
  • Have the ability to develop simple and actionable ideas into strategies that matter
  • Honest, loyal, fast learner, team player, and positive attitude
  • Have an ability to quickly adapt to new changes and the ability to work under pressure.
