Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries and concerns from potential customers and clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Address client issues and provide effective solutions tailored to their needs.
- Promote and upsell the company’s recruitment services through proactive cold-calling.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of potential customers and clients.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer service and sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field from a reputable university, either in Indonesia or abroad.
- Preferably based in Bali or willing to work in the Denpasar area.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Open to all nationalities; fluency in English is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Positive, proactive, and adaptable mindset.
- Sales-driven with a results-oriented approach.
- Honest, loyal, quick learner, team player, and possesses a positive attitude.
- Ability to adapt to changes quickly and perform well under pressure.
