Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries and concerns from potential customers and clients via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Address client issues and provide effective solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Promote and upsell the company’s recruitment services through proactive cold-calling.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of potential customers and clients.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer service and sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field from a reputable university, either in Indonesia or abroad.
  • Preferably based in Bali or willing to work in the Denpasar area.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Open to all nationalities; fluency in English is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Positive, proactive, and adaptable mindset.
  • Sales-driven with a results-oriented approach.
  • Honest, loyal, quick learner, team player, and possesses a positive attitude.
  • Ability to adapt to changes quickly and perform well under pressure.
