Responsibilities:
- Participate actively in the recruitment life cycle, which includes sourcing, screening, and engaging top talents.
- Manage candidate databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on potential candidates.
- Understand the candidates’ needs, skills, and career aspirations to offer suitable job opportunities.
- Identify potential clients and new business opportunities within the recruitment and sponsorship space.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitor activities.
- Resolve client issues and provide solutions that align with business goals.
- Promote and sell our recruitment services to potential candidates, highlighting the benefits and career opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
Qualifications:
- Proven 1 year experience in recruitment, preferably within a sales or service-based industry.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required to effectively communicate with candidates and clients.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
