Business & Talent Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Participate actively in the recruitment life cycle, which includes sourcing, screening, and engaging top talents.
  • Manage candidate databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on potential candidates.
  • Understand the candidates’ needs, skills, and career aspirations to offer suitable job opportunities.
  • Identify potential clients and new business opportunities within the recruitment and sponsorship space.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitor activities.
  • Resolve client issues and provide solutions that align with business goals.
  • Promote and sell our recruitment services to potential candidates, highlighting the benefits and career opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.

Qualifications:

  • Proven 1 year experience in recruitment, preferably within a sales or service-based industry.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required to effectively communicate with candidates and clients.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
