Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards.
- Ensure all kitchen tools, utensils, and workstations are properly cleaned and stored.
- Support the kitchen team in food plating and presentation.
- Prepare basic sauces, garnishes, and accompaniments as required.
- Monitor food stock and report shortages.
- Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies properly.
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen.
- Basic cooking skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Good teamwork, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Willingness to stay and work in Gili Air.
