Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance and personalized education plans for students and parents, including visa assistance.
• Assist with college and university admissions, scholarship applications, and career counseling, including visa processes.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in education and learning methodologies.
• Collaborate with educators and institutions to develop and implement innovative academic programs.
• Establish connections with international, local, or third-party organizations related to Australian study visa applications.
• Respond to client inquiries both online and offline.
• Conduct marketing activities, including visiting relevant third-party organizations within the industry.
• Enhance social media promotion and implement effective marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with at least 1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Proficiency in English (minimum IELTS score of 6.0) and Bahasa Indonesia (70:30). Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
• Strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Solid understanding of marketing principles, strategies, digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and digital advertising.
• Experience in international marketing or working with diverse teams is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Detail-oriented, fast learner, team player, and research-driven.

• How long is the contract? 2 years with additional 3 months of probation
• Is the salary fixed? No. The figure you saw is a basic salary. After 3 months of probation, if you are a successful candidate, you will then be able to start claiming commission based on your commission structure. You also are eligible for a pay raise for the next year
• Is training provided? Yes. We will train you on the job for approximately 3 months thus you have to give your commitment to the training

• What is the job prospect? After 1 year there will be an evaluation of performance, where you are eligible for a salary raise once you meet the company’s performance matrix. Options of a move up the organizational ladder are also open for you
• What are the working hours? Our office hours are from 8 a.m to 5 p.m on Mon to Fri with 1 hour of lunch break.
