Job Description:

• Design and deliver high-quality English lessons, catering to students from beginner to advanced levels.
• Ensure students have an engaging and effective English learning experience.
• Demonstrate a passion for teaching and a genuine commitment to students’ progress and development.
• Continuously enhance teaching skills through workshops, training, and self-learning.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Serve as a mentor and motivator, inspiring students to reach their full potential.
• Part-time position: Must be available for at least 3 hours per day, with more availability preferred.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or D3, preferably in English, Education, or a related field.
• A TOEFL or IELTS certification is an advantage.
• Dedicated to students’ academic growth and personal development.
• Experience in managing adult learners is a plus.
• Possesses a positive attitude and professional etiquette.
• Well-presented with appropriate grooming and attire.
• A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to both teach and learn.
• Passionate about nurturing student potential beyond the traditional classroom setting.
• Available for at least 3 hours per day and willing to work in Denpasar, Bali.
