Job Description:

• Design and deliver high-quality English lessons, from beginner to advanced levels.
• Ensure students receive the best possible English learning experience.
• Show genuine passion for teaching and dedication to students’ academic growth.
• Stay enthusiastic about developing teaching skills through workshops, training, and self-directed learning.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Serve as a natural mentor and motivator to inspire students.
• Part-time role: minimum availability of 3 hours per day, with more availability preferred.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, or D3 (preferably in English, Education, or Teaching).
• TOEFL/IELTS certification is an advantage.
• Strong commitment to students’ progress and personal development.
• Ability to manage and engage adult learners effectively.
• Positive attitude, good etiquette, and professional demeanor are highly valued.
• Presentable, well-groomed, and appropriately dressed.
• A supportive and collaborative team player.
