Key Responsibilities :
- Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs for electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and mechanical issues.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and inspections with building management and vendors.
- Manage office assets, including technical equipment, tools, and infrastructure.
- Oversee procurement of supplies, spare parts, and services.
- Ensure workplace safety, fire prevention, and emergency procedures are followed.
- Support office operations, including utilities, security, and layout planning.
Requirements :
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (having a background in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field will be a plus).
- 1-2 years of experience in General Affairs, Facility Management, Technical Support, or a similar role.
- Basic troubleshooting skills in electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning systems (will be a plus).
- Strong ability to coordinate with vendors, contractors, and building management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and internal team coordination.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- High attention to detail in asset management and safety compliance.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willing to travel or be on standby for urgent operational needs.
- Physically fit for on-site facility checks and minor repairs.
- Willing to be based in Denpasar, Bali.
