Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct basic maintenance and minor repairs for electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and mechanical systems.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules, repairs, and inspections with building management and external vendors.
- Manage office assets, including technical tools, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Handle the procurement of office supplies, spare parts, and third-party services.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards, fire prevention protocols, and emergency procedures.
- Support overall office operations such as utilities management, security, and workspace arrangement.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (educational background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is a plus).
- 1–2 years of experience in General Affairs, Facility Management, Technical Support, or a similar position.
- Basic troubleshooting skills in electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning systems are an advantage.
- Strong coordination skills in dealing with vendors, contractors, and building management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
- High attention to detail in asset tracking and safety regulation compliance.
- Capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willing to travel or be on standby for urgent operational needs.
- Physically fit for conducting on-site facility checks and handling minor repairs.
- Willing to be based in Denpasar, Bali.
