We’re looking for an experienced General Manager to lead this expansion—someone who thrives in fast-paced hospitality environments and knows how to scale operations without compromising quality.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

As the General Manager, you’ll oversee the overall operations and commercial success of several F&B concepts within the Pasar Manja precinct.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading daily operations across multiple restaurants, cafés, and bars.
• Driving business performance, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Managing P&L, food cost, labour cost, inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships.
• Ensuring consistent service quality and guest experience across every venue.
• Recruiting, coaching, and developing both Front-of-House and Kitchen teams.
• Implementing operational systems, SOPs, and performance standards.
• Monitoring business performance through reports, KPIs, and operational data.
• Collaborating with senior leadership to support the growth of the hospitality business.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality or F&B operations, with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience managing multiple outlets or multi-unit operations.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant financial management, including P&L, food cost, labour cost, and inventory control.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and build high-performing teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Strong commercial mindset with the confidence to uphold operational standards.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-growing hospitality environment.
• Experience working in island destinations, resorts, or remote operations is a strong advantage.
