Key Responsibilities:

• Perform computer health checks and monitor operating systems and software.
• Monitor internet connectivity and troubleshoot network issues.
• Provide support for printers, telephones, VoIP, and mobile devices.
• Set up IT devices for new employees.
• Deliver user support and resolve daily IT issues.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, stock updates, and reporting.
• Conduct security and access checks in accordance with IT policies.
• Perform preventive maintenance and monitor system performance.
• Document IT issues and coordinate with the IT Supervisor.
• Suggest improvements to enhance IT efficiency and security.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• Basic understanding of networking and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of basic programming is a plus.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Willing to be based in Denpasar.
