Job Description:
- Manage multiple online visa application platforms for clients
- Ensure accurate and complete filling of application forms
- Communicate application status to clients and provide technical assistance
- Maintain client records meticulously and provide regular updates
- Assist Case Managers in visa applications and document gathering
- Review uploaded checklists to verify completeness and accuracy
- Enter new information into the system and perform daily follow-ups
- Perform additional ad hoc duties as required by the company
Requirements:
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia (70 : 30). Mandarin is a plus point for the candidate and can be prioritized
- The candidate must be graduated from a reputable Indonesia public university or other overseas universities, with a minimum IELTS score of 6.0
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply)
- Required skills: marketing, public speaking, Microsoft office, digital media marketing, content writing, customer service, international relation, time management, problem-solving, multitasking, good decision making, critical thinking, etc
- Keen to learn attitude and able to work unsupervised
- Honest, loyal, fast learner, attention to detail, good at teamwork, and research-oriented
- Willing to be placed in Denpasar
