Job Description:
- Manage multiple online visa application platforms for clients.
- Ensure all application forms are accurately and completely filled out.
- Provide clients with application status updates and technical support.
- Maintain comprehensive client records and generate regular progress reports.
- Assist Case Managers with visa applications and document collection.
- Review submitted checklists to verify completeness and accuracy.
- Enter new data into the system and conduct daily follow-ups.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the company.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (70:30); Mandarin is a plus and may be prioritized.
- A graduate from a reputable Indonesian public university or an overseas institution, with a minimum IELTS score of 6.0.
- At least one year of relevant work experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong skills in marketing, public speaking, Microsoft Office, digital media marketing, content writing, customer service, international relations, time management, problem-solving, multitasking, decision-making, and critical thinking.
- A proactive learner with the ability to work independently.
- Honest, loyal, quick to learn, detail-oriented, a team player, and research-oriented.
- Willing to be based in Denpasar.
