Reservation Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all bookings and reservations across OTAs.
  • Handle guest communication (pre-arrival, in-stay, post-stay).
  • Maintain and optimize the booking platform and CRS.
  • Manage and update Channel Manager (STAAH) and pricing.
  • Execute and refine the guest communication guidebook.
  • Monitor online reviews and ensure timely responses.
  • Conduct daily competitor rate checks.
  • Ensure pricing and promotions are consistent across all channels.
  • Update daily booking forecasts and communicate changes to relevant teams.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Reservations, OTA management, or Front Office (hospitality preferred).
  • Understanding of OTA systems, CRS, and Channel Manager (STAAH is a plus).
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills, professional and responsive.
  • Able to learn and adapt quickly, especially in booking data and analytics.
  • Preferably based in Bali or willing to work in Denpasar.
