Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage overall restaurant operations.
  • Coordinate closely with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
  • Collaborate on setting targets, performance reviews, and operational improvements.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate the restaurant team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
  • Monitor restaurant performance and implement improvement strategies.
  • Manage budgets, inventory, and operational costs effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Proven 2-3 years experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Understanding of international customers’ needs and preferences.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle operational challenges efficiently.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong financial and inventory management skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and industry best practices.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Willingness to stay and work in Gili Air.
