Role Summary
This role combines B2B Recruitment and B2C Career Development, focusing on talent acquisition, consultative sales, and revenue generation. Responsible for building a high-quality Talent Pool, fulfilling employer needs, and converting candidates into paid services. Success is measured by placements, Talent Pool quality, revenue, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage Talent Pools aligned with market demand and BD pipeline, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment (English, cultural fit, background checks).
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes: campaign planning, shortlisting (within SLA), employer coordination, and ensuring transparent hiring processes.
- Support placement, onboarding, and retention, including visa/sponsorship alignment and coordination with internal/external stakeholders.
- Conduct career consultations to identify skill gaps and convert candidates into ACE & PDP programs.
- Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets, managing follow-ups, and identifying upselling opportunities.
- Monitor performance metrics (placement ratios, time-to-hire, conversion rates, revenue) and prepare regular reports.
- Analyze data to improve recruitment efficiency and service quality.
- Support employer branding, marketing initiatives, and talent attraction activities.
- Collaborate with BD and internal teams in managing Talent demand, pipeline, and database.
- Ensure positive candidate experience through effective communication and professional service delivery.
- Handle ad hoc tasks as required.
Ideal Candidate Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with 3–5 years experience in recruitment, consulting, or sales.
- Strong skills in talent sourcing, interviewing, placement, and KPI-driven performance.
- Proven ability in career consultation and program selling.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and familiar with CRM/recruitment tools.
- Results-driven, communicative, and collaborative, with ability to guide team members.
