Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, provide recommendations, and answer customer inquiries.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
• Prepare tables by setting up utensils, napkins, and condiments.
• Check with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any requests or concerns.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including tables and service stations.
• Handle customer complaints or special requests professionally and escalate issues when needed.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling payments and transactions.
• Positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and professional demeanor.
• Team player with a willingness to help in various tasks.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Willingness to stay and work in Gili Air.
