Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus, provide recommendations, and answer customer inquiries.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
- Prepare tables by setting up utensils, napkins, and condiments.
- Check with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any requests or concerns.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including tables and service stations.
- Handle customer complaints or special requests professionally and escalate issues when needed.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and transactions.
- Positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and professional demeanor.
- Team player with a willingness to help in various tasks.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Willingness to stay and work in Gili Air.
